Feeding systems to flow wrappers: innovative systems aimed to feed one or more flow wrappers. These systems are mainly suitable for products such as chocolate bars, confectionery, biscuits, small chocolates etc; they are provided with buffer/recirculation stations to reuse products not taken by the flow wrappers and with buffer stations to temporarily handle excessive flows of products.

Product aligners: machines for aligning and streaming small products having different shapes, (round, square, rectangular) in order to arrange products in asingle line to be fed to flow wrappers or high speed foil wrappers. Initially products arrive random on the approaching conveyors, then a series of belts and devices running at different speed ensure the correct positioning of the product. Only motorised belts are employed in this process, as fixed/vertical guides can damage susceptible and delicate products.

Buffer for optimization of the product flow to be fed to the wrapping lines. All systems can be customized according to customer requirements.
