New boxing solution for ice cream cones

Vortex Systems confirms its leadership in the supply of automatic lines for boxing of ice creams.

In this project, Vortex has installed two robotized lines to cover the total output of abt. 80.000 cones/hour.

The cones picking and boxing is performed by 4 –axis robots which permit high pay-load and the following of products and boxes. The reliability of the picking and the precision of the pases is guaranteed by the design of the mechanics and the engineering by Vortex.

The transportation section is completed by two full and empty trays collating systems inside the hardening tunnel: in this way, it is possible to accumulate the products in case of inconvenient at the downhill machinery, without stopping nor the tunnel and nor the filling machine.

This function is one of the  musts of the automations for ice creams by Vortex which, in abt. 30 years of activity  , has always been developing exclusive and new solutions.
