RAPTOR Robot

 The RAPTOR is a 4- axis servo-driven robot, built in carbon fibre and light alloy.

It features excellent stability, vibration free movement, and high precision in terms of pick & place operations.

Raptor can be also integrated with an integrated camera vision system. Thanks of this equipping the robot is capable of recognising the image of a product randomly positioned which is to be oriented for being packed into a case or fed to a packaging machine.

Due to its gantry structure, this equipment has a tracking movement which can be used either with parallel or transversal belts.

RAPTOR is controlled by a commercial PLC and standard Brushless motors.

This solution allows our customers to easily find the necessary spare parts all over the world.

Due to a high level of flexibility, the system allows us to satisfy all our customers’ requirements starting from a single platform. The unit can be quickly reconfigured in order to satisfy any application features.

In addition, the single modules forming the system, can also be used on assembly loading lines handling difficult shapes offering high productivity levels.

The RAPTOR is fitted with an Ethernet communication card enabling remote assistance which drastically reduces the call out costs of specialized personnel.
