The Innovation

• The flexibility guaranteed  by the delta picking robot, concerning  the handling of several type/formats of  products, is the most innovative feature in this kind of boxing line.

• A direct consequence of the flexibility of the robotic line is the easy format change, which often results in a simple and quick software change, without any mechanical intervention.

• The modular conception behind this type of solutions allows to upgrade (or even downgrade) the performance of the line following the production capacity requested. 

• The modular conception give also the important feature to have the line functioning (with reduced capacity), even with one or more robots inactive for any reasons.

• Completely washable  (except the robot driving section) and highly hygienic construction
  
• CIP: automatic cleaning and sanifying cycles for the sucking circuits, with separation from solid/liquid components into an hydro-cyclone device
