Retrofit your CT PACK equipment

At CT PACK we appreciate your business changes, and so do the demands on your equipment.
If marketing change a product size, or format requiring a completely different pack pattern, box style, flow pack etc, CT PACK can work with you to determine which solution is most cost effective. Many times, a retrofit is the most applicable. For a fraction of the cost of a new machine, you can ship us your existing equipment, or we can perform the retrofit in your plant to accommodate the new specifications.
With CT PACK as your right-hand resource you can tell your marketing department to ‘bring it on!’

Rebuild your CT PACK equipment

If your equipment has reached its life expectancy, and you still need it on the line, we can help manage your costs by rebuilding the machine.
Just ship it back to CT PACK and we'll rebuild it for typically 2/3 of the current new machine price. When the machine is received in our workshop, we will strip it down and rebuild it from the ground up with new mechanical and electrical parts.
We apply the latest safety upgrades and latest technology to overcome obsolete issues, this includes our "restored to new" one year warranty and CE certification. Then we run the machine through our quality assurance check-out process and return it to you. Depending on the model we can even apply new options to help simplify your production runs.

Refurbish you CT PACK equipment

CT PACK continue to refine our machine designs even after they leave our factory. That's why we offer the option of refurbishing to help our customers run their machines more efficiently. Ship your machine back to CT PACK or invite us to your plant floor and we'll apply new parts and safety standard upgrades. The new parts include a one year warranty. Refurbished machines are then tested with our quality assurance check-out process before returning to you. Armed with the latest safety upgrades and the latest parts, you're ready to keep your production running efficiently for many more years to come.
