Set up in 1971, MOPA is specialized in designing and creating systems and feeding lines for the wrapping of foods. Mopa boasts a consolidated experience and presence on the market with more than 500 units installed in the five continents, this allows Mopa to be one of the most skilled and constantly updated world companies in the food sector.
All machines and complete lines are built and assembled within Mopa’s workshops. Mopa takes full responsibility towards its international customers, it meets all safety and quality standards applicable to its systems, as well as well the best efficiency of the systems themselves.
MOPA’s main products are as follows:
- Feeding systems to Flow wrappers: consisting of successful and rational systems aimed at feeding one or more flow wrappers. Such systems are mainly suitable for products such as chocolate bars, industrial confectionary, biscuits, chocolates etc.. ; they are provided with buffer/recirculation stations to reutilize products that for some reason are not taken by the flow wrappers and with buffer stations to temporarily handle excessive flows of products.
- Product aligners: consisting of machines capable of aligning and streaming small products having different shapes, (round, square, rectangular) in such a way that products are arranged in a single line to be fed to flow wrappers or high speed foil wrappers. At first, products are placed randomly on a belt, then the right positioning of the product is ensured by a series of belts and devices running at different speed. Only motored belts are employed in this process, as the use of fixed/vertical guides is avoided in order to prevent the product from getting damaged in any way.
- Buffer for optimization of the product flows to be fed to the wrapping lines.
All of the systems available can be customized according to the customer’s needs as far as the product types and the equipment productivity capacity are concerned.
