• Supply of spare parts

As we have installed a wide number of machines throughout the world since 1958, it is very important that we are able to quickly and accurately identify the spare part you require. 
When ordering any spare part, our customers are requested to provide the following data:

1. EQUIPMENT MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER;
2. MANUFACTURING YEAR;
3. ARTICLE CODE, as indicated in the spare parts manuals provided *;
   * if the mentioned manuals are no longer available, please provide us with a photo or any other information which may help us in identifying the article you require as quickly as possible.

• Technical assistance

Qualified technicians are always at your disposal whenever telephone assistance is required or  in the event of on-site interventions are necessary.

• Equipment modification or revision

CT SERVICE guarantees competence and experience in serving customers who need to find solutions aimed at modifying and revising lines installed in the past. It pays great attention to developing solutions to maximize productivity by devising new personalized solutions always relying on the experience of well-tested technical applications.
